This past weekend my friend Barb and I went to Bennington, VT for Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk. What follows are some of the pictures I took.
The Old First Church is a popular photo subject.
Inside, it’s not as ornate as some churches.
The Old Walloomsac Inn, formerly a hotel, is now a private home.
The cemetery next to the Old First Church has a lot of old graves.
Robert Frost’s grave is the most famous in the cemetery.
An old historic home in Bennington.
The Bennington Monument.
The statue of Seth Warner with fall foliage in the background.
The view from the monument.
I took this panorama from the top of the monument. You can see the church in the background.
Walking back from the monument, I captured this photo with the foliage in the foreground.
Another old historic home.
Walking down the streets of Bennington.
A house near the covered bridge.
We visited the Henry covered bridge.
