Since I spend a lot of time at Old Friends at Cabin Creek thoroughbred retirement farm in Greenfield, NY where I volunteer, it would follow that I take a lot of photos there. In this post, I will share some photos I took this spring at the farm with my pro camera gear. In a future post, I will share even more recent photos, taken with my iPhone. As always, when you purchase a print of any of the photos or illustrations in this post, I donate my profit to the farm.

I went to visit sweet Red Down South shortly after his best friend of 12 years, Zippy Chippy, passed away. It was heartbreaking, but so nice to spend time with him.

Did you know I’m on YouTube now? Here are some recent videos I made featuring recent photos I took at the farm:

A day at the farm. What you see here are muckers with the horses they muck for as well as Bold Illusion joining our herd.

Footage I captured at the farm between 2015 and 2022. Watch for Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes winner Funny Cide, two time Whitney Handicap winner Commentator, and the late Zippy Chippy, who ran 100 races and lost every one of them.
