My Favorite Portraits of My Mom

So, in honor of Mother’s Day, I decided to share some of my favorite portraits I have taken of my mom.  In truth, most of the photos I have of my mom are personal family photos, but every now and then she poses for an “artsy” type shot for me.  So here are some of my favorites.

I took this photo of my mom riding a horse in the overseas French territory of Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

I took this photo of my mom holding her cat Casey when he was a kitten.

Another portrait with Casey!

I took this photo in Albany, NY.  If you look in my mom’s glasses, you can see me!

I took this rainy day portrait at Ferncliff Cemetery and Mausoleum in Hartsdale, NY.

This photo was taken on the campus of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.

I took this photo of my mom at the World Trade Center Memorial in New York City.

I’ve always loved this portrait I took in Syracuse, NY.  The title photo was taken in the same spot.

I took this photo of my mom watching a show at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.

Another sort of artsy photo I took of my mom at Walt Disney World.

My mom let me take this portrait of her when I was testing out a new flash.

I took this photo of my mom at the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer in Normandy, France.

I took this shot on a cloudy day on the Hidden Lake Trail in Glacier National Park, Montana.

I took this photo of my mom and grandmother in Manchester, Vermont.

To see more of my photos, be sure to follow me on Facebook and Instagram.  I post different photos on each platform!
