My travels have taken me to some pretty beautiful beaches around the world. In this post I will share some of my favorites.
Near my hometown of Saratoga Springs is Moreau Lake State Park, with its popular beach. If you look closely, you can see the blur of people swimming.
Lake Tahoe in California and Nevada is a popular tourist destination. This is Sand Harbor Beach on the Nevada side.
I’ve photographed many beaches on Cape Cod. This is First Encounter Beach in Eastham, MA.
Indian Neck Beach, also on the Cape, is in Wellfleet.
Nauset Light Beach is in Eastham, MA.
Thumpertown Beach is also in Eastham, MA.
This is the famous Santa Monica Beach in southern California.
I visited El Matador State Beach in Malibu, CA in 2012.
Lake George, NY’s popular Million Dollar Beach looks like a ghost town on this fall evening.
Cannon Beach in Oregon is known for its famous Haystack Rock.
I captured this glorious sunset at Mayo Beach in Wellfleet, MA, the same beach where I took the title card photo.
Pier 60 at Clearwater Beach, FL is a popular destination.
I captured this long exposure at Race Point Beach in Provincetown, MA.
Another Cape Cod beach I’ve photographed is Skaket Beach in Orleans.
I photographed this pelican at Cocoa Beach in Florida.
This beach may look like any other, but it is actually Utah beach in Normandy, site of the 1944 D-Day invasions.
