Flashback: An Early Spring Visit to Irish Hill Century Farm

Toga Tiger and her King for a Day colt

In this latest installment of my spring farm photos, I share with you some of my favorite frames from an early spring visit to Irish Hill Century Farm in Stillwater, NY. Click here to view my other Irish Hill Century Farm posts.

Flor de Plata and her Awesome Slew filly

Mind Control filly out of Palace Romance

Haldane and her Mind Control colt

Yearlings graze down by the barn. There was still snow on the ground at this point!

These two colts (King for a Day x Sage Hall on the left and Warrior’s Charge x Lavender Hill on the right) put on a little show for me. I love seeing the sibling-like rivalries that form!

What I love about this photo is the foal jumping up on the left.

Unbridled Essence and her Practical Joke colt

My Mission and her War Dancer filly get some exercise.

Ubridled Essence and her Practical Joke colt

Girl Gone Zippy and her King for a Day filly

Another of the photogenic Mind Control x Palace Romance filly

King for a Day filly out of Dixie Drama

Flor de Plata and her Awesome Slew filly again

Cat Ferrad and her Mind Control filly run amongst the other mares and foals.

Peek a boo!

Toga Tiger’s King for a Day colt looks like he’s about to attempt a roundoff back handspring! 😂

Yearlings on the run!
