Back in June of last year, I visited Sugar Plum Farm in Saratoga Springs, NY for the first time (click here to view photos). Back in February, I returned for a second visit and got to capture a lot of great photos of mares, foals and yearlings. In this post I will share some of my favorites.
Irish Sweepstakes and her Police Malice colt
Runhappy filly out of Get ‘Em Gigi
The yearling colts were full of action!
War Dancer filly out of Dreaming of Paris
Cavanaugh Park and Bee Fast
I love a good eye shot.
Kreesie (gray horse) and her pal Electric Youth. Kreesie is the spitting image of her sire, Cosmonaut, who spent his last few years at Old Friends at Cabin Creek, where I volunteer, until he passed away about a year and a half ago.
Thinkin Out Loud, Dancing Buck and Belarion
Revelment
Rock N Cozy and her War Dancer filly
War Dancer filly out of Unbridledadventure
Wood Bee and her War Dancer filly
Filly out of Shaker Shack
